Validity Period:  The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue. This means the recipient must use the certificate by the expiration date specified on the certificate.

Reservation:  To use the gift certificate at our saunas, an advance reservation is required. The recipient needs to contact the sauna administration by phone (+370 699 38562) or email (info@pilaitesmalunopirtys.lt) to book the desired date and time.

Usage of the Certificate:  The gift certificate can be used for our services, such as tickets to sauna events, sauna rentals, professional sauna master services, and more. If the price of the selected service exceeds the value of the certificate, the remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer or in person at the sauna. If the price of the selected service is less than the certificate’s value, the difference will not be refunded. When visiting the sauna with a valid gift certificate, the recipient must present the certificate to the administration. The certificate code will be verified to confirm its authenticity.
