Validity of the Coupon: The gift coupon is valid for one year from the date of issuance. This means the recipient must use the coupon by a specific date, which is indicated on the coupon.

Reservation: To use the gift coupon in our saunas, an advance reservation is required. The recipient must contact the sauna administration by the specified method (phone or email) to reserve their desired date and time. Please note that the reservation must be made in advance to ensure a spot in the sauna.

Using the Coupon: Upon arrival at the sauna with a valid gift coupon, the recipient must present the coupon to the administration. The coupon code will be verified to confirm its authenticity.
